modern room daily service helpful staff
the room was modern and up to date the location was good for access to transport and food our room got serviced daily. the staff were cute and always at reception. i found the staff very helpful and friendly.

really quiet stay

comfy beds helpful staff room toiletries
the beds were super comfy. toiletries were in the room i stayed in. staff were friendly and helpful .
the shower pressure was a little low.

the hotel benefits from some great daytime cafes in very close proximity. there is also a range of restaurants nearby, just a short walk away. it is easy to explore many different parts of the city from here.

unhelpful staff assumption of fault
the location was acceptable, close to local attractions and restaurants.
The room wasn't serviced one day , and when i asked about it, the staff stated it must have been my fault. They also mentioned staff finish at 3pm. this was quite unhelpful. I felt as if they didn't care to resolve the issue. the assumption of fault was annoying and unprofessional.
